I am your mentor, a spiritual intuitive, and a coach. I specialize in chakra energies and breathwork... mixed with belief reprogramming. Our sessions consist of guided breathwork, program rewiring, and energy work. In non-fancy terms, I have the ability to find any and all your blocks preventing you from having the life you want. I find them, we reprogram them, and then you become the new you.
Anxiety, depression, abuse of any kind, body pain, money blocks, narcissist connections, starting a business, opening to your spiritual gifts... I work with chakra energies and breathwork and guide you to your full potential.

Our online training program will prepare you to be able to put together your own holistic therapy program. The program includes one on one mentoring and private sessions with our founder, Monica. You may also be considered for the opportunity to intern at our healing sanctuary in Mindo, Ecuador. All modules are presented through Canvas.
